Our journey! We’re keen to showcase our travels to where we are, highlighting both the good and not so good. We desire to be real, for you and for ourselves. We don’t want to ride the positivity train – life is ever changing and throws things out regularly to keep us on our toes. So, without further ado, here’s the Perspective Health & Wellbeing timeline:
2021
13th August – having sourced all the relevant qualifications, insurances and serious ‘bumph,’ Perspective Health & Wellbeing goes officially ‘live.’
October – Our hypnotherapist runs a ‘stoptober’ discount on our stop smoking hypnotherapy service.
31st October – Our hypnotherapist becomes a Teacher on the amazing app, Insight Timer.
18th December – A free relaxation evening online as our gift to our clients and followers.
2022
18th February – Team Perspective comes to life! Our social group for supporting each other at fitness events or goals or whatever.
March – In person fitness classes start in South Gloucestershire. Mondays have an adults, all abilities class, Tuesdays bring our ‘Train with your babes’ class and on Thursdays we host an outdoor all abilities fitness class.
8th April – After the success of our free guided relaxation event, we host another one in a bid to offer a bit of calm.
2023
January – A local location change for our classes. More space allowing for more fun!
March – Our landlord making some changes in his life means that we have to move. House hunting and preparing to move takes a lot of our time.
July – The ‘Little, big house’ as Lu calls it, is sourced! With space for Perspective’s very own Studio AND office/therapy space. These are very exciting times. All our services are still currently running.
August – With a heavy heart we hold our last Monday and Thursday all abilities adult classes. With the new house being over the bridge in Wales, we will not be able to continue them.
October – Perspective makes the move to Wales. Some services still continuing in South Glos but things will be starting over here too. It’s going to be a journey getting the house ready and prepare ourselves for the future here – but it’s exciting!
2024
April – We sourced a location for our fitness classes!!! Wern Industrial Estate, Rogerstone, Newport!
5th September – our first Wales based, train with your baby class starts at Wern Industrial Estate.
September – We’ve found a second location!!!! A second class in the village of Cwmfelinfach. The community centre will host our second weekly train with your baby class on Mondays. (and more classes are likely to be added in the future!)
