We had a lovely pre Christmas relaxation event as a gift to all our followers and customers. The feedback was lovely. Below was our information for the event:
We are so thankful to everyone for the support we’ve had and felt that we wanted to do something as a thanks. So we feel the best thing we can do is to offer you all a guided relaxation, where you can sit back in the comfort of your own home and enjoy the magic of a guided relaxation lead by our very own Lu.
We hope it gives you the space to take a pause and get a feeling for what relaxation can do for you.

About Guided Relaxation:
There is great power in relaxation, sometimes called meditation or visualisation. It is something that we utilise within our hypnotherapy. We can all benefit from some relaxation outside of requiring therapy. With this in mind, we offer relaxation as part of our services. This can be done online or in person. We can also provide one to one meditative sessions if you require that.
The benefits of meditation to your wellbeing are too numerous to mention and this is something that we are passionate about; how something so simple can have such an impact, often in a hidden way until one day you realise that you’ve been incredibly relaxed for quite a while, perhaps handling things in a much better way than before.
We often talk about the ‘stress bucket’ model as a way of ensuring we are keeping ourselves well. If we imagine that all our stresses and tensions flow into a bucket during the day, we need a way of emptying it so that it doesn’t overflow! REM sleep and guided visualisation/meditation are the ways that our stress buckets can be emptied.
