As we are now in October, we are reminded that it is time for the famous “Stoptober” campaign. For various reasons, we want to help back the campaign and help people to better their lives (and their finances!) by getting involved with this.
Firstly, we’d like to signpost you to the campaign website https://www.nhs.uk/better-health/quit-smoking/ where you can find the resources that the NHS offer for free during this time. One we liked in particular was about what happens at different times after you have quit. It can be really helpful to see just how you’re improving the longer you stay on track with it!
One thing that struck us here at Perspective Health and Wellbeing, was this image:
It felt important to highlight it as this is what has become important here and why we want to be involved in helping this October. With the right support, quitting smoking is EASIER! It’s a fact! This is where Perspective are going to come in…
As a way to support you or someone you know stop smoking this October, Lu is offering her smoking cessation hypnotherapy at half the advertised price! (Fees can be found here) https://perspectivepower.co.uk/our-services/perspective-hypnotherapy-psychotherapy/
Clients who have had smoking cessation therapy have managed to quit with either the one session or with one session and a ‘top up’ session shortly after. One client said they felt as though they didn’t have to try and not smoke anymore, it just happened. Another initially found it a bit of a push but the desire to smoke just seemed to quietly dwindle away. The most common thing that has happened for clients has been how their health and wellbeing has changed after the therapy sessions – how they’ve wanted to continue with making choices to better their health.
We are here for you and with our support we can help you to succeed. Don’t hesitate to get in touch as this offer will only be available for October. You can find our contact information on this website or message us on one of our social media pages. We look forward to hearing from you.
Whether you choose to quit smoking using the free resources from the NHS or with us, we wish you all the best for your stopping smoking. You can do it!!!
